Friday Night Concert on the Lawn

Hi All,
Friday Night: A fun summer night Concert on the lawn next to Calvary CC. We will meet there as close to 6:00 as you can. We will be serving and playing. We will help by selling food. We will take turns selling food and playing Frisbee & catch.

Dinner: We can buy food there or you can bring your own.

More details:
• There may be a BBQ.
• We will sell chips, candy, cookies, soda, and water.
• We will have tables set up outside by the atrium.
• We will serve by setting up all the food sales, selling it, and putting it all back when it is over.
• The band is going to be set up by the oak trees closest to OCS.
• We need Frisbees, gloves, baseballs and summer toys, so whatever you can bring would be awesome. (***make sure you mark the Frisbees with your name.)
• Bring blankets or chairs to sit on/in. Will be fun to hang out in the evening air.
• It will go until around 8 or 9pm.

Looking forward to seeing you all on Friday. This is one more opportunity for “The Hub” to represent within the church. I get asked regularly at church what the Hub is… this is an opportunity for us to show it.
