The Hub

On February 23rd, we will be helping serve dinner to the guests at the Union Rescue Mission in Los Angeles. We will need to be there by 4:45 so we will leave the church at 3:45 pm from the church parking lot. We will need to carpool. This is an organization I have been involved with for 5 years. you will not find the kind of reward and compassion such as served up at this down town location. They really live the philosophy of grace and hope. Looking froward to it!!!! You wont regret what you give. :)

Union Rescue Mission is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the poor and homeless. Established in 1891, URM is one of the largest rescue missions of its kind in the United States and the oldest in Los Angeles.
They provide a comprehensive array of emergency and long-term services to their guests, including: food, shelter, clothing, medical and dental care, recovery programs, transitional housing, legal assistance, education, counseling, and job training to needy men, women, children, and families.
